Such a beautiful space run by incredible people. 100% worth a visit if you are in the nearby area.
The location is stunning – in the middle of the jungle, overlooking the local temple. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and you can still hear the waves crashing. It is SO peaceful.
All the classes are run by skilled and knowledgeable people – I signed up to quite a few whilst on my holiday and loved every single one. The Muay Thai being my current favourite – a great way to get in a workout, learn a new skill with a brilliant teacher (we all had a great laugh too)!
They owners / Arise team work with the local community which is so lovely to see. They offer free local classes and often get involved with local projects.
Chatting to the team – the plans for this place sound dreamy and I cannot wait to go back. You have to be involved with this Arise 🌞🧡
