I took part in an ‘Inner Exploration’ workshop which was utterly transformative. The space itself, nestled in the jungle and overlooking the local temple, created the most beautiful and peaceful setting to connect with the self and the other members of the group, while Mastani facilitated the session with such love and compassion. A truly special place and I cannot wait to attend their yoga classes. Highly recommend 🙏
